Questions guests often ask
Whether you are new to faith or visiting from another church, here are short answers to help you know what to expect.
Come a few minutes before 9:30am if you want to join Sunday School, or before 10:50am for the morning service. Guests are welcome either way.
We meet in Maite, San Juan, Siquijor, beside the old municipal cemetery. The Visit page has a map and directions. Call or message us if you need help finding the building.
Yes. We have an afternoon service at 1:30pm on the last Sunday of the month. On other Sundays we gather for Sunday School and the morning service.
Yes. Cottage prayer meeting is every Wednesday at 7:00pm. We rotate homes each week, so ask a member for the place that week.

Most of our gathering is in Cebuano with English woven throughout so visitors can follow along.
We sing from the traditional Trinity Hymnal in English alongside other Scripture-rich songs. We explain gospel-centered lyrics so everyone can worship together.
No. We aim to teach the Bible in simple, everyday language. Terms are explained, and you can ask questions anytime in our classes or over coffee.
Wear something modest and God-honoring. People range from casual to dressy. Morning worship lasts about 70 minutes with singing, prayer, Scripture, and preaching.
Sunday School at 9:30am has classes for children, youth, and adults. Families are also welcome to worship together in the morning service.
Stay for the afternoon service and fellowship on the last Sunday of the month, join Wednesday prayer at 7:00pm, or talk with Pastor Ramir and the elders about baptism, membership, or how to grow with us.
We baptize only those who voluntarily profess faith in Jesus Christ. Before baptism, we take time to examine their profession, talk with them about the gospel, and look for a life that shows a genuine desire to follow Christ. Baptism is not for infants or for those who have not personally trusted in Christ. If you want to talk about baptism, speak with Pastor Ramir and the elders.
